sponsored csr projects

Sponsored projects are projects that cannot be done by the average team building workshop participants but rather needs specific expertise, like building a well, installing solar panels on the roof or laying water pipes. Some projects requires a considerable amount of money.

A visitation at the CSR site and consequent team building activities ideally accompanies a sponsored project or a cash donation of minimum 10,000 Baht.

street lamp project with solar panel lamp and batery

street lamp project

The streetlamp project is currently available at Samrong Village, Siem Reap. There is a 300 m dirt road leading from the main road to the school. It’s pitch dark at night and students who walk or cycle home at night feel unsafe.

This project is partly sponsored but can be completed on site by a group of corporate volunteers. Two types of lamps are available, once with solar cells and once with a conventional power grid.

artificial turf for football pitch

football pitch

The football pitch at Samrong Village consists of two old goals, and kits play on hardened dirt. It’s dusty in the dry season and muddy in the raining season.

Laying artificial football turf is a meaningful project.

Sport is important for the kids to develop well, and it enables the kids to play year-round.

This project is available at Samrong Village and requires an above than average budget.

TESTIMONIAL

“Dear Rolf and Beunite team,

They had an amazing time, they absolutely loved the trip and the CSR work.

The feedback has been really amazing, one of the guys has been on loads of these types of trips and emailed everyone saying it was the best one he’s been on.

I feel like they will do more CSR trips in the future, not at the moment but once things settle down as the response was so positive, they were all posting photos on LinkedIn and I think they felt really privileged to be there and meet the kids and play with them and help them out.

And they loved the guys from Angkor Kids Center, I had kind of warned Sam that they might be a difficult group, wanting to do something different than the planned itinerary but he and his team were totally flexible and changed things if the guys wanted to so it worked out really well.”

“All in all it was a very well received trip and for the most part, the feedback was all incredible.

We’re super happy with the outcome and so was our client. Thanks again for your help with the booking and just an FYI, I would 100% recommend Angkor Kids Center and Beunite to future groups.

They were flexible and easy to deal with and want to help wherever they could.

Thanks”
